Kim S. Rogers

President
Kim S. Rogers began his professional career with Indusco, an affiliated company of GL Rogers and Company, in 1985. His background spans construction, staffing, business development, and operations leadership. Before joining GL Rogers, Kim owned a construction services company...

Leading GL Rogers
Kim joined GL Rogers as President in 2011, succeeding his father, George Rogers. Since then, he has helped expand the company’s portfolio through strategic partnerships, private equity offerings, and the thoughtful repositioning of commercial real estate assets.

His leadership focuses on creating long-term value through responsible investment, strong relationships, and a forward-thinking approach to real estate.

Community & Education
Kim earned his BA in Economics and Administrative Sciences from Colby College after graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy. He has served in leadership roles with organizations including the Workforce Housing Coalition of the Greater Seacoast and Kadima, while also supporting scholarship and alumni initiatives.

Kim lives in Portsmouth with his wife, Ania, and enjoys golfing throughout New England and Arizona.

Community Involvement
Holly is committed to supporting organizations that strengthen communities and education. She serves as a trustee at Berwick Academy, where she chairs the Advancement Committee and contributes to the Roger R. & Theresa Thompson Endowment Fund.

Originally from Hamden, Connecticut, Holly attended Hamden Hall Country Day School and Skidmore College. She lives in Florida with her husband, Terry, and enjoys time with her four children and three grandchildren.

Vice President, GL Rogers & Company

Max Rogers is Vice President at GL Rogers & Company, where he leads financial and strategic initiatives across the firm's real estate and hospitality portfolio — including capital raising, debt and equity financing, accounting, underwriting, and the execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. He works closely with partners, lenders, and brokers on transactions, while also guiding leasing and property management strategy across the company's commercial and hotel assets.

Previously, Max was the Managing Director, Europe for Vibrac Precision Test Systems, building the company's European, Middle Eastern, and Asian operations from the ground up and leading business development relationships with clients such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, NASA, Boeing, Meta and more. He also lead a team that sold one of the prominent product lines to private equity, and capitalizing on the development growth. Before that, he spent three years at CVS Health as a finance & strategy manager for the marketing team, overseeing $350M+ in departmental budgets and presenting market analysis directly to executive leadership.

Max holds an MBA from the TCU Neeley School of Business, where he served as President of Graduate Business Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. He began his real estate career 10 years ago as a Project & Property Manager at GL Rogers & Company, giving him a full-circle perspective grounded in hands-on operations and sharpened by international business and strategy experience.

In his free time, Max likes spending time with his wife Samantha, and dog Moose. He enjoys spending time in nature, golfing, fishing, and cooking.

Senior Staff Accountant

Ann Shaw joined GL Rogers & Company in 2026 as a Senior Staff Accountant, bringing with her  more than a decade of experience in the banking and financial services industry.

Prior to joining GL Rogers & Company, Ann spent the past ten years in banking, most recently serving as Assistant Controller at First Seacoast Bank, where she developed extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial operations.

Ann holds a master’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in Forensic Accounting, reflecting her strong interest in financial analysis, investigative accounting, and the detection and prevention of financial irregularities.

In addition to her professional accounting career, Ann is passionate about education and currently teaches accounting at Great Bay Community College, where she enjoys helping students develop practical accounting knowledge and prepare for careers in the field.

Ann grew up close to the Seacoast area and is proud to continue building her career close to home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and her cats. She values family, community, and the opportunity to stay connected to the place she has always called home.
